Our Means
In the quarry blocks extraction is carried out as follows:
Cutting
The rock is “cut” i.e. it is horizontally and vertically sawed.
To do so, we use 2 Fantini rock-cutting machines.
Sawing
After the cutting, the great panels of rock sawed by diamong wire are tipped flat on the tile.
To do so, we use 2 excavators.
Before the blocks fall off an aggregate mattress is placed at the foot of the front, in order to reduce the impact of the fall.
Cutting the Blocks
Once the rock panels are on the ground, the blocks are cut the right size by a wire machine equiped with a diamond wire.
Handling
The cut blocks are transported by a wheel loader and a truck.
Transformation
The sawing workshop makes the transformation of the blocks possible according to the customers’ needs.
